This DVD is based on the initial ‘Masters Tour’ lecture demonstration that took place on 10th February 2002 at Addington Manor Equestrian Centre, Bucks, England. Hosted by Britain’s Richard Davison, the evening starts with Anky van Grunsven and her partner/trainer Sjef Janssen, talking about what they look for when buying a young star.
Anky then rides a 5 year mare. She and Sjef discuss how they start off the young horse what exercises they perform and Anky demonstrates these.
In the last section of the first half Anky gives a lesson to one of her pupils and then rides the horse herself.
The second half starts with a short interview when Anky recalls some of the great moments with Bonfire, his strengths and weaknesses and how he conquered his fears.
